1. Who you are contracting with
These terms govern your use of https://itsailor.io and any service delivered by Michal Jatczak, a sole trader registered in Malta, trading as ITSailor (Maltese VAT: MT32760411). References to "we", "us", and "ITSailor" refer to that entity.

ITSailor is operating in a pre-launch capacity. Information on this site describes intended capabilities and may evolve before commercial availability. No content here constitutes a binding offer; any engagement is governed by a separate written statement of work.

- You will not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save for mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence.
