Use this planning pack before infrastructure code. It helps capture requirements, document decisions, review a security baseline, shape policy intent and define emergency-access and monthly operating checks.
- Copy the files into an organisation-owned repository.
- Replace placeholders and name accountable owners.
- Review permissions, thresholds and approval points.
- Test in a controlled window and retain the evidence.
Scope note
This pack excludes deployable Terraform. Validate controls against the tenant, subscriptions and regulatory scope.
