Four readers buy four different things from us and are governed by four different parts of the same 6 documents. Pick the one that describes you and this page links you straight to the sections that decide your question. Nothing is summarised and nothing is left out: every link goes to the clause itself.

I am buying as a private individual

You are paying with your own money, for yourself, and you are not giving us a VAT number. The €149 Microsoft 365 Hardening workshop is sold on this basis as standard.

EU consumer law applies to you and cannot be reduced by anything we write. Where our own terms are more generous than the law, the more generous one wins.

I am buying for a company

You are buying workshops, a subscription, or scoped consulting on behalf of an organisation, and you can give us a VAT number.

Cooling-off rights do not apply to you. Every refund window we offer is a commercial term we chose, and the limitation of liability is the clause your own reviewer will open first.

I am buying Microsoft licences from you

You are ordering Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscriptions through the marketplace checkout, where we act as an indirect reseller.

This purchase is governed by a document the other three paths do not touch, and by two Microsoft agreements we cannot vary. The commitments we make about our own services do not follow a licence.

I am only using the free tools

You ran a scan, downloaded a free bundle or subscribed to the newsletter, and you have paid us nothing.

You have no fee, no refund question and no commercial term to read. What you do have is a connector that reads your tenant, so the sections that matter are about data, not money.
