Seven-calendar-day NCE window
Microsoft NCE subscriptions can be cancelled or reduced only during the seven-calendar-day window after order completion. After that, the commitment term applies.
Existing tenants need relationship acceptance
Existing Microsoft tenants must accept the Pax8/CSP reseller relationship before provisioning can complete. New-tenant orders use the requested domain prefix.
